My creative daughter . . .give her some masking tape and her imagination goes wild ~ ! She “built” a laptop recently complete with all the letters she would need to pull up her favorite sites and a mouse to make her navigation a little bit easier. Quite often she makes drawings that are so amazing. This summer I embroidered one of her drawings on a piece of fabric (it hasn’t been made into anything yet), but it was such a unique experience to make the stitches following the pattern and direction that her crayon originally made. I keep a pile of my favorite drawings with high hopes to embroider them ALL . . .!
